Why not treat yourself to a 15 minute "upgrade" which will enhance your experience. Your laying on your back, your eyes are closed and your breathing is slow, deep and you are feeling completely relaxed. 

I will use beautifully warmed basalt stones to help melt away any tension on your neck, shoulders, décolleté, your temples and the back of your scalp.
