Had the BEST MASSAGE ever with Sophie! I am a postpartum mum on a staycation in York and decided to book a last minute massage. Sophie worked on every single problem area and relived tension from my muscles very thoroughly. My Spa will make me take lots of trips to York just for the massage!! Highly recommend.

I had a pregnancy massage with Sophie - she was so lovely & welcoming and she explained everything very well. I felt amazing after my massage, I will definitely return in the future for more treatments. Thanks again Sophie 😊

Sophie is fantastic - my neck and back feel so much better! And the Japanese Foot Spa was lovely as well, my feet feel really soft. Will definitely be back!

Sophie was friendly and professional and the treatment had lovely small touches which showed attention to detail. My pregnancy massage was both caring/gentle as well as effective in the areas I’d been experiencing some pain. Would definitely recommend and return!
