Taela always makes me feel so comfortable with her kind and caring nature. She genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns about my hair and created a plan to help improve its health rather than just focusing on the end result. Her knowledge and advice have made such a difference, and my hair has never felt healthier. Every appointment is a lovely experience because she’s so warm, welcoming, and professional.
