Violet was very thorough in explaining the processes she would use for me. She was very gentle with pressure and it was very relaxing. I feel so much better and will be returning. I can highly recommend Violet.

Violet has a real gift of reading the body and creating space and movement in the fascia. Mine has been incredibly tight for years without me even realising but with pains and discomfort in various places. I feel so much lighter and better since my 2 sessions with Violet so far.
