I can concentrate on one specific area or offer full body, wherever the areas of discomfort are and can focus on the buildup of stress and muscle tension round the neck, shoulders and across the back, resulting from a desk job. Massage encourages relaxation, improves circulation and is also great for relieving tension headaches.
