Hi, I'm Jo, founder of BodyMindandSole LTD. I started my business in 2020 with Clinical Reflexology and have since expanded to include Angelic Reiki, Indian Head Massage, and relaxing facials. I'm passionate about complementary therapies that support modern medicine and help people feel their best. I'm married, have four spoiled fur babies, and love travelling and time with family.
