Always great with Karissa until I say the makeshift sign “3%service charge for extra”. What extra ‘s? The latte? lol I believe that is a hidden cost.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Karissa! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Karissa is warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and then worked her magic.
