Amazing!! Recently been in a car accident and had really tense shoulders Lydia was amazing listened to where my pain was and really worked out so many knots to ease my shoulders…. She also explained the red light to me and the process was amazing ! Highly recommend!!! 🌸

Lydia’s massage was up there with the best I’ve had. Everything was tailored with care focusing on my shoulders, neck. and arms. The pressure was perfect and I will certainly be returning next time I’m in West Kirby. Thanks again.
