I haven't seen Sylvia in about a year!! Generally I would dread turning up to a hairdresser to explain why my ends and hair is the way it is but I knew Sylvia would understand. As usual, we spoke about what needed to be done beforehand. I'm pretty protective of my length and Sylvia respects this but on this occasion, we had to agree on taking off a bit more, which was communicated with me. It's never just a hair appt with Sylvia; we always find time to have a lil' cheeky catch up and laugh! Thank you Sylvia, as always Yons :)
