Iwona is truly gifted at her craft and her hands are magic! from start to finish the service and spa experience I received was exceptional. The combination of sounds, aromas, head massage techniques and gentle upper neck massage all added to the 1hr 30mins booking. Iwona created a truly restful and calm environment, she talked me through the process and ensured I felt comfortable. My hair has never felt so clean, healthy and light!
