Her friendly smile and greeting when I entered the salon. She was absolutely lovely she knew exactly what sort of style, I wanted. She made me a lovely coffee .Then washed my hair and massaged my scalp. The cut and stay was exactly what I wanted.

Afforded me a lovely welcome and and made sure I was happy with what she was doing. Lovely to be offered a drink by one of the other hairdressers after what had been a busy morning. Thank you.
