I had such an amazing experience getting my hair extensions fitted after an incredible consultation. From start to finish, Liv was absolutely brilliant. Colour matching was spot on – I genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly it blended! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment, which made such a difference. I also really appreciated the advice she gave me, especially around after-care, so I feel confident keeping my extensions looking their best. Thank you, Liv, for your incredible work and for being so genuinely lovely – I’m beyond happy with the results!

From start to install Liv has been amazing. Messaged her after seeing her on insta with a couple of questions, she was so quick to respond and get me booked in for a consultation. Incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease with absolutely no pressure to book in. Before confirming she was still happy to answer my questions - no matter how dense. During the install I was so at ease. Within the first 5 mins we were chatting away about all sorts. At the end of the appointment she checked everything repeatedly to make sure I was happy. Beyond pleased with my hair now!
