I love Hayley's creative use of colour, my natural greys are highlighted and work wonderfully with my darker base 😍 Highly recommend the "gloss" toner, my hair is super soft and shiny 🌟 The head massage was a total treat 💆‍♀️ And everyone's warmth and efficiency was first-class, as always 👌
