Sophie was incredible. Highly recommend her. The whole set up is very professional and welcoming and totally relaxing. She’s very knowledgeable and really takes your specific needs into consideration. She’s really helped me feel so much relief just after one session and I’m so grateful! Sophie is honestly one of the best massage practitioners I have experienced in my 20 years of having a massage. She really pays attention to your body, and listens to its needs, and then reacts accordingly. Sophie is so incredibly skillful in her therapeutic practice. I walked in a bundle of nerves and left feeling much more connected to my body and with the best should movement I've had all year. Sophie's approach works really well for me and she is able to work on areas in my neck and shoulders which tend to make me tense up. I would recommend her 100%!
