Excellent cut from Alicia, really understood what I was needing and transformed my dull shapeless long straight hair to have so much shape and body. Expert and creative technique.

Going from long hair to a shoulder-length undercut was scary but exciting. Alicia understood that and was just super walking me through the process and decisions. Really happy with the outcome!
