Medical massage with purpose of locating  source of pain and alleviating it long term. Massage will start with applied kinesiology assessment of posture, movement, and muscle function. Muscle testing allows your therapist to communicate with your body.  Massage may incorporate acupressure, lymphatic massage,  trigger point and fascia release. Homework exercises will be provided.  80 minutes minimum recommended.  A series of sessions is typically needed to address all areas of compensation that developed.

Warm, raw honey is applied to the skin. It is a wonderful pampering for your skin and sooths nerves for a restful sleep.  Slow effleurage, kneading and pulling motions work the honey into the skin while gently releasing fascia. As the honey thickens and adheres to the skin, it creates a gentle vacuum effect that stimulates circulation and removes toxins. Myofascial cupping using this honey consistency can then be done at custom intensity and duration.
