This was my first experience of a massage and looking to get my shoulder pain better I didn’t know what to expect. Everything was well explained and thoroughly consulted with my problem. I came away feeling brand new great service thank you

Charlie was brilliant. I showed her exactly where I had been experiencing pain, and she explained that the muscles at the top and side of my leg were extremely tight. She worked carefully on the area, and the difference was immediate. I left feeling much looser and, for the first time in a while, without pain. She was knowledgeable, reassuring and clearly understood what was causing the problem. I would definitely recommend her.

First sports massage and it was great. Charley makes you feel comfortable but also explains what she’s doing which is informative. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you!
