Debbie is a very knowledgeable therapist. She explained everything she was doing and how each movement was beneficial for my body which was very interesting to me. She was checking on my comfort and most people like peace on their sessions but poor Debbie had to put up with me nattering the whole way through. Very enjoyable experience.

Head, Back & Shoulder Massage 

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy designed to bring the body into balance, and encourage the body to heal itself. Massage is combined with gentle pressure applied to various reflex points on the feet – these points mirror/reflect the organs and structures of the body, and the person’s emotional health. A relaxing approach to treating mental and physical imbalances.

This is a holistic full body massage focused on deeply relaxing the body, mind, spirit.

It can be tailored to work more on certain areas, and you can let your therapist know what pressure you prefer.

Chose from a 60 minute massage working problematic areas of the body.

Or a 90 minute massage working the full body, with optional foot reflexology to finish.

*Massage techniques will vary depending on the therapist.  pure relaxing, Swedish massage.
