I cannot recommend Matt highly enough. My initial appointment at his clinic was thorough and I left fully understanding the nature of my injury and what to expect with my recovery. In all appointments he fully explained what was happening in terms of how my injury was improving, why he asked me to do particular exercises and then how to perform them to achieve the best outcome. I'm now a regular with Matt and it's great that he notices changes such as the days my shoulders are unusually tight, or that I was wearing padded sandals when I damaged ligaments in my toes. He then builds that into the days treatment seamlessly and gives advice on how to build strength as needed. Job done, no issue, just sorted
