Pau was absolutely excellent. From her customer service to her creativity and attention to detail, this was a completely different experience from any nail appointment I’ve ever had. I’ve never been to a nail bar that used a UV protection glove while curing nails under the UV/LED nail lamp. That extra level of care really stood out to me. You can tell they use high-quality tools and products, and everything felt clean, professional, and well thought out. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting my mani and pedi. The owner is amazing, the staff is wonderful.
