I was extremely pleased with my lash lift experience. What stood out to me most was the calmness, professionalism and gentle nature of Yadilene. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease and knew that I was in good hands. I asked quite a lot of questions throughout the appointment, and Yadilene was patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer each of them clearly and thoroughly. She explained each step of the treatment and made sure I understood what she was doing before proceeding. I particularly appreciated how gentle and reassuring she was throughout the process.

The treatment was very gentle and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing

I had another Brazilian wax today at Shoreditch Spa, and as always, it was a pleasure. Yadiene is absolutely excellent at what she does — professional, friendly and always makes you feel comfortable.
