My appointment was for an LVL and tint treatment. I had previously had LVL done elsewhere and mentioned to Zoe that I had been unhappy with the results, as my lashes had come out too curly and touched my eyelids. Zoe listened carefully, took my concerns into account, and reassured me that the outcome would be different. She was absolutely right — my lashes look amazing, and it is so nice not to have to wear mascara. Thank you, Zoe.
