Today was my 2nd session of Mukha with buccal release. Mona will post pics & you’ll see the remarkable difference it has made to my face. I look younger, more relaxed & my jaw has reappeared. I’m the one with yellow eyebrows (ongoing process to remove SPMU). My sessions with Mona are relaxing & so uplifting, I feel like I want to look after myself better, eat better, exercise more; the treatment definitely works holistically. I’ve booked 2 more sessions and will continue one a fortnight because it’s brilliant & and effective. Mona is lovely; her studio is beautiful, comfortable & welcoming.

This was my first ever face yoga with buccal massage, and it was sublime. Mona massaged away knots I didn’t know I had. My shoulders, neck and jaw are less tense. Mona has such a lovely manner and I felt so relaxed I nodded off. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, it was amazing. My next appointment is booked. Highly recommend. It’s different from any other facial and it’s one of the best treatments iI’ve ever had.

This is my 4th time experiencing a facial with buccal massage Each visit feels very personal as though Mona can read and touch your face and know what is needed I’m also feeling the benefits of buccal massage with release of tension and tightness in my jaw

The best experience from start to finish. Mona has such a beautiful space, you feel calm before your treatment even begins. I go for regular massages elsewhere but this is very unique. The buccal massage literally transformed my face where I was holding so much tension in my jaw. So pleased and look forward to returning 🙂💫
