I feel great and refreshed with my new cut! The atmosphere in the salon is very relaxed, friendly, and upbeat with good camaraderie amongst the staff. I felt welcomed and comfortable with Sarah. I could tell that she enjoys and takes pride in her work. I'm never good at explaining my preferences to stylists, but she was happy to work with my requests and to make suggestions when I was unsure. She took a little technique suggestion from a colleague, which I thought was great as it shows that the stylists work together, are supporting each other, and always striving to be the very best!
