Sophie is so incredibly skillful in her therapeutic practice. I walked in a bundle of nerves and left feeling much more connected to my body and with the best should movement I've had all year. Sophie's approach works really well for me and she is able to work on areas in my neck and shoulders which tend to make me tense up. I would recommend her 100%!
