Another lovely relaxing reflexology session with Sylvia. Can’t recommend enough all the wonderful Holistic Therapies Sylvia offers, I have experienced them all and always feel so relaxed and calm

If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I had to take a moment to reflect because I feel as though no words are enough to explain the miracle I experienced on my visit. I feel as though I had a spiritual awakening and I am so incredibly grateful. Sylvia was so incredible and really got me to understand the treatment before and afterwards and I feel as thought it’s changed my life. I would highly recommend the Reiki treatment and yes I am absolutely coming back again! Thank you so much ❤️

Another lovely reflexology session. Perfect pressure, deeply relaxing, and exactly what I needed. Walked out feeling lighter and completely refreshed. Already looking forward to the next one!

Mo is amazing as always. Her kind nature, gentle touch and comfy room make for a very relaxing treatment, so much so I always struggle to stay awake! Mo really takes the time to get to know you, and when I book in, it feels like I'm popping round to see a good friend (who then rubs my feet haha!). Highly recommended xxxx

It was a lovely session—very calm and relaxing. Sylvia thought of every detail, from a little box for your jewellery to a warm, cosy massage bed and even a takeaway tea to enjoy afterwards. Be prepared to be massaged from top to toe, slowly and thoroughly 🙂 I couldn’t recommend it more.
