Multi disciplined therapist specialising in therapeutic, relaxing or restoritive treatments for your muscles or mind. Using skills gained over 30 years I build a treatment to your needs. I've had a very deep interest in the body mind (spiritual) connection & the treatment of anxiety & depression. I've have an online program first aid for stress. In September 2023 I undertook additional training Hypnosis, NLP & energy psychology. Building on existing skills this creates incredible results.

I had an amazing massage from Dawn. She got into some really deep knots and tension. I left feeling lighter, freer and more relaxed. I only wish I lived locally so I could visit regularly. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be booking again! Highly recommend 😊
