Fantastic experience, yet again today. Natasha put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. This was piercing number three with Empress and I will never go anywhere else. I can't wait to book number 4 and 5 😁

Was given a warm welcome on arrival and found the staff very helpful,Tash was very helpful with some advice on some new body jewellery I wanted and did such a great job on giving me a piercing! Great aftercare advice and very polite service

Absolutely amazing I love my piercing! Natasha was brilliant and talked me through everything I needed to know 🥰 This is the only place I will get pierced 🫶🏽
