Always enjoy my visits to Opulence with Natasha & Phoebe. Natasha takes so much care & will always give advice if needed. Does a beautiful cut & talks you through what she is doing and follows any instructions/photo you give her. Always include a relaxing head massage in the shampoo/wash & welcomed with a lovely cuppa to make it that bit extra. Highly recommended.

i went for a consultation and the lady was absolutely lovely, honest and didn’t make any false promises. she had a proper conversation with me about what my goals are and what i’ve done with my hair in past. she was very thorough in making sure i understood what my next steps were and overall a lovely experience. i will be going back!
