Sarah is excellent, so professional, talks your through every stage of the process. She explains what is going to be best to do for your hair, to prevent damage, what colour is or isn't achievable. I have never left unhappy after seeing her & the entire team within Valeries are lovely!

All the staff were lovely & the salon had a very friendly atmosphere! Sarah was great & really helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my hair:)
