Failure to undertake a patch test within the required timeframe may result in the service being refused. Where a client elects to proceed without a patch test, a patch test waiver must be signed prior to treatment. By signing the waiver, the client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of the service.

The salon, its employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or related complications arising where a patch test has been declined or not completed in accordance with this policy.
