The salon staff were lovely when I called and booked in. Tia was friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to what I wanted and talked through options whilst also giving suggestions. She took the time to work it out with me and made sure I was happy the whole time. The hair wash was very relaxing and I am really happy with my cut too. For a first appointment it couldn’t have gone better - thank you!☺️
