Please ensure Hair is Clean (recently washed)

Washed with a mini head massage blow dried with styling products 
For hair above shoulder length 

Blow Dry (short hair)

A cut and blow dry above shoulder length includes shampoo and conditioner with a head massage 

Washed and conditioned with a head massage for hair below shoulder length or very thick hair
