I'm a repeat customer & all my experiences are 5 star. I've had different treatments inc full highlights, full scalp bleach, fashion colours and hair cuts when growing my hair out after a buzz cut. I always feel looked after. The hair & styling cuts are of high standard, communication is excellent - it doesn't feel awkward to ask questions or speak up if I think there is misunderstanding of what I want. My expectations are managed considerately & professionally, the advice given is always well reasoned & up to date. I trust everyone in this salon.

Took my 10-month-old daughter to The Hair Room today for her first haircut and we had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly patient, gentle, and welcoming, which made the whole appointment so relaxed and stress-free. They were amazing with my little girl and made her feel completely comfortable throughout. Her haircut turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you for making such a special milestone such a positive experience highly recommend!
