My experience was relaxing even through the pain of being pierced. Laura took the time to explain to me all my jewellery options and talked me through what she was doing and why which was comforting.

Can’t recommend Laura enough, made my daughter feel calm and relaxed, she talked through her choices of jewellery and placement of her piercing thoroughly, my daughter was thrilled thank you
