Just had a 90 minute sports/full body massage with Lauren. Would definitely recommend. Already booked in for my next one!

Really good massage by Lauren, who took the time to listen to my concerns/issues. She went slow enough to not cause pain but still managed to loosen off muscles. I’ve rebooked already.

Another fantastic experience with Lauren. I’ve been to Lauren several times and always been met with professionalism and great treatment. Lauren always takes time to make sure she really understands challenges before working through the treatment. Lauren always seems to get me back up and running quickly. Thanks again Lauren!
