Understood what I wanted and did a great job.

We’ve previously had a great experience with Matt, but unfortunately today wasn’t quite the same. My older son had asked for just a trim & no length off, which I reiterated, but quite a bit more length was taken off than he expected. We did mention the back of his hair & the barber tried to adjust it, although my son felt awkward and said it was fine. The second child also said he was happy at the time but has since said he isn’t & felt awkward saying so. All 3 also found the razor quite rough too which is unusual. Hopefully just an off day, as we’ve had very good experiences here previously.
