This is my 2 nd treatment with Katie, always a joy and makes you feel relaxed and talks you through procedure . Also checks on you after to see how healing is etc 👍

First facial under eye treatment went in for consultation. Ended up having treatment same day Katie is very good at treatment itself and giving her opinion on the best treatment which will work for me, and not the most expensive treatments instead to make money off you. Genuine honest run company. Rebooked straight after the treatment for phase 2.

Katie was fantastic — she made me feel welcome and completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She checked in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable, and her friendly, professional approach made the whole experience really enjoyable.
