Kathy was very thorough with my pedicure. Her foot massage was fantastic.

The customer service was amazing. I’ve visited a couple times already and loved the outcome. My recent visit their was an issue with the nail polish but it was resolved kindly and quickly. Would recommend and come back again.

Khali was amazingly talented, producing my best pedicure yet. I mean, sugar scrub, massage, and she even buckled my sandals on my feet once polish was dry (unprompted; I'd never expect or ask that!!) so my clumsy self didn't mess it up!

The service was great for my manicure and pedicure. I really love my nails. Today was my first time visiting and I reviewed their prices that they have posted online which the max was $150 for both mani and pedicure. I was really disappointed at the end during the transaction that they couldn’t print or share an invoice with me of why my bill was $258. At least, before continuing the next treatment they could’ve told me what the prices are. I looked around the salon for where the prices were visibly posted, but they had none.

Spa mani and pedi was great. Did good job and not rushed.

Khali was exceptional in all facets of my pedicure. My feet never felt so good! I plan to ask for her again soon. It is wonderful to find a salon such as Cozy in Alex. with such highly qualified technicians! Be sure to meet the wonderful owner and her staff! 🩷 Karin
