I had a wonderful experience, right from the reception to the end of my treatment.. Dineo had been patient with me and understood the assignment.. Greatful to have found the Konanani Spa. 🌹

The experience was very good but I think they should improve their complementary drinks 🩷🌸 but overall loved the experience

I was massaged by Jaqueline. She was lovely and the massage was well however I was only offered mild and medium pressure. At first I said medium n asked her to concentrate on neck n shoulders as they are tense. I after a while asked if she could press harder as I'm nit feeling relief in the neck n shoulder and she said she couldn't as that's a different massage and that's why she only offered mild and medium I found that strange as everyone has a mandate preference so why was there knly 2 options offered. I left with my neck and shoulders feeling more tense . Management rules need to change
