Absolutely fantastic customer service and knowledge. I went in with lots of questions, was made to feel very comfortable whilst my queries were answered and felt very confident I was in good hands. I’m very happy with my new piercing and grateful for the amazing service.

Experience was great. Lauren was training today completing my philtrum piercing. She did a great job and I love my new piercing.

Lauren made the experience enjoyable, well informed, covered all aspects of what to expect which made the piercing go well, great after care discussion and so far no issues after a couple of days, looks great
