Lief was AMAZING. I love that he listened not only to my words, but also to my body/muscles to see what I truly needed. That 20 minute session was enough for me to prioritize my health and schedule a return. Thanks, Lief & EVOLVE!

Leif was thorough and very educational throughout our stretch session. He has helped me with a shoulder issue and also when my sciatica was flaring up. He was able to guide and assist me through some useful stretches while using pressure points to release the tension. I also added on a cupping session and I am so glad I did. I looked like a walking hickey for a few days but my body felt like it had more room inside my skin. Leif explained to me that was because my fascia has been released. 10 out of 10. I am thankful I found Leif when I did. He is authentic and great at what he does.

Leif is a magical unicorn that is able to release tension, stress and anxiety from your muscles! 10/10 recommend making this a regular part of your self care routine!
