Marta knows her stuff and is strong, so it was an excellent massage. In particular, my really tight shoulders are much better and she has given me some stretches to do, to stop them from getting so tight again. Thx

Marta is a true credit to her profession. A good friend kindly booked me in for a 1 hour massage session. I was given invaluable advice on how to improve my ongoing spinal problems.
