I was greeted by Ruchi, as she asked me how I was doing and I set up my time on the Red Therapy bed. Ruchi had kind words to say when my time was finished. I always feel welcome and comfortable at Mood Swing Wellness.

Today Rychi suggested that I up the speed on the vibration plate to push myself a bit.. I went from 15 to speed 20 and It was fine. Thank you Ruchi for that suggestion.
