Rasa was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She understood the issue I was having and quickly found areas in my back that needed attention. I felt trigger point therapy was going to be helpful and at the time of writing this I feel a huge improvement. Rasa has cautioned that there will be a reaction to the muscular attention tomorrow but I plan to get a follow up fairly quickly.

Rasa was excellent, very knowledgeable and explained the. process as she worked throughout the appointment on the muscles. and tightness. My muscles in back are feeling alot more stretched and relaxed. Would highly recommend and will. be returning.

I’ve really been suffering with my shoulders. The pressure point massage was amazing. I feel like I have a new back! Please book this massage if you have back problems and tight muscles. I would 100% recommend.
