Carly is the best and most knowledgeable therapist and pilates teacher that I have been fortunate to meet over the 20 years that I've had MSK issues .The atmosphere in this studio is friendly,relaxing ,calm and mindful .I can highly recommend both Carly and NOMADs

Carly made me feel very relaxed and comfortable when I first walked in. I went in with lower back pain and she really listened to what my problem was and has eased it massively! Thank you 😊
