Amazing as always, came in carrying a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck and face. By the time the session was finished my shoulders felt a lot lighter. Also had a good korero and as always, reminded me of the tools I have to help myself feel better and get out of the current state I'm in. Whenever I come in to see Faye and I'm not feeling myself or I have a lot of pain, I always leave feeling better - in both hinengaro and tinana.
