Went for a sports massage today and Justin really knows what he is doing, I had a certain area on my back that needed some work and my back definitely feels better since seeing him and has gave me advice and exercises on what to do to help with it - highly recommend!

Had an ankle problem for years that was gradually getting worse! First session included massage and manipulation around joint area, couldn’t believe how much the range of movement returned with just 1 session! Pain has reduced significantly and I can now rotate my ankle without any nipping 😁Have been given exercises to complete at home and am looking forward to next session 👏

I cannot recommend Justin enough, a true professional, he speaks of having a strong understanding of sports recovery. I went to him looking for relief for shoulder & neck tensions, he worked out the knots id had for months. I came away feeling refreshed & with more upper body mobility. 2nd session booked, highly recommend.
