Thanks Kate for coming out on Sunday to treat this poor ,hardly able to move, body.

Mobile massage - Remedial/Relaxation: 1 Hour

1.5 hour massage therapy session. I will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to set up, and make sure you get your full treatment. This is particularly suitable for those with multiple sites of concern, who also want a full body massage.

Mobile massage - Remedial/Relaxation: 90 Minutes

I'll arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your massage to set up, then provide you with the ideal opportunity to relax while your new bub is having a sleep (mine only ever slept about 45 minutes with each nap during the day!). Release the tension in your neck, shoulders, back and hips.
Extra-extra time is blocked off after your appointment, in case you need to get up to resettle your baby. The upper body component can also be done in a seated position if your baby isn't able to settle.

Mobile massage - Post Natal Massage

I'll arrive 10-15 minutes prior your appointment to set up and prepare for the remedial/ relaxation massages for you and your partner/ friend/ housemate - 1 hour each, back to back. Make sure you both fill in the form emailed to you!

Mobile massage - 2 x 1 Hour Remedial/Relaxation Massage

I'll arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to set up and prepare for the remedial/ relaxation massages for you and your partner/ friend/ housemate at the same location - 90 minutes each, back to back. Make sure you both fill in the form emailed to the person who books it in!

Mobile massage - 2 x 90 Minute Remedial/Relaxation Massage

 It starts with a mindfulness exercise, then moves into a series of hand placements over your head and body. You remain fully clothed, and can either lay down or be seated. It can be tailored to suit you and your needs. 
Gentle, calming touch therapy to promote peace and wellbeing.
