Check in was kind and efficient. I was there to have my LED lashes redone and Rachel understood the assignment. She told me to anticipate 2-3 visits to finish the work, showed me IRL examples, and reviewed after care extensively. Rachel is great but Vogue still isn’t impressive after 2 separate attempts & salons. Lash shampoo sold out, still tried to charge me despite clarifying that the service was complimentary-twice-didn’t complete the tip transaction correctly, and another one of the employees threw a tantrum at the front desk about refusing to do something. Not sure lashes are worth it.

Rachael was very professional. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I have had her services several times in the past and her work is consistently great. I highly recommend her.

Rachel was amazing! I felt bad they booked her appointments so close together so she felt like she had to rush but they called and told me to come back to fix anything if needed so it made me feel appreciated that they care about there work and quality to make your money worth it :)
